Brief product introduction
MR30 is an effective and user-friendly special agent for cleaning and disinfecting mould and bacterial growth, among other things. MR30 can also be used for odour remediation from issues such as mould, faeces, urine, drains, and smoke odours, among others. MR30 is tested according to EN standards EN13697 and EN1650.

Applications for mould
First, the cause of the mould infestation must be identified and removed to prevent mould growth from returning. If the cause cannot be identified or removed, treatment and prevention with MR60 (SKIMMEL) is recommended before painting or further treatment of the surfaces.
Vacuum the mouldy surface thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner with HEPA filter (14). Dilute MR20 and apply with a garden sprayer. Work the surface with a stiff nylon brush. Rinse the cleaned surface with the MR20 solution and allow to dry for 24 hours, after which the surface can be wiped with clean water.
Ensure good ventilation before, during and after treatment.
MR30 is diluted up to 1:3 with water (1 part MR30 + 3 parts water).
The degree of dilution depends on the extent of the attack.
Mould remediation with the PROTOX method
- Vacuum the surface thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner with pollen filter (microfilter)
- MR30 and water are mixed in a flower or garden sprayer. Spray the mould-infested surface.
- Work the HYSAN solution and the surface thoroughly with a nylon brush until the mould infestation is loosened from the surface. Consumption approx. 0.5 litres per m².
- The treated surface is now rinsed clean with the HYSAN solution from the garden sprayer. This removes as many spores, particles and dirt from the surface as possible.
- The ”wet” MR30-treated surface should now stand for up to 24 hours and work on the surface, thereby oxidising residual odorous substances.
- After 1 day, the surface can be wiped with clean water.
- If there is a risk of regrowth due to persistent moisture in the substrate, you can re-treat with
Use for bad odours
Bad smells indoors in buildings from, among other things. Mould, faeces, urine, sewage and a smoky smell can be removed with MR30 by soaking or washing down surfaces in the room with MR30. The product can be fogged onto all surfaces. Fogging is a particularly effective method for hard-to-reach areas and rooms. Drying time is 24 hours at 20°C.
Deodorisation with MR30 can optionally be combined with ABSCENT, a bag for deodorisation which is hung up in the room to remove residual odours.
