MR60 (PROTECT) prevents the growth and discolouration of mould on porous surfaces. Examples include damp wood, plaster, concrete, eternit boards, masonry and wallpaper. MR60 (PROTECT) is ready to use.

Brief product introduction
MR60 (PROTECT) is a milky white, water-based primer for preventing mould and discolouration on porous surfaces, such as damp wood, plaster, concrete, eternit boards, brickwork and wallpaper. The product is particularly suitable for thermal bridges, damp building materials and building elements. MR60 (PROTECT) has a faint acetone-like odour until dry, after which the odour disappears completely.
Can be used by both professionals and consumers.
MR60 (PROTECT) is passed according to EN standard 15457.
MR60 (PROTECT) has MAL 00-1.
How to use MR60 (PROTECT)
Before using MR60 (PROTECT), the surface must be clean. If the surface is already affected by mould and discolouration, cleaning and disinfection with MR20 (HYSAN) or MR40 (BIOX)before the preventive treatment is carried out. Cleaning existing mould infestations can be combined with mechanical cleaning such as ice blasting, sandblasting or milling.
MR60 (PROTECT) is ready to use and is applied by brush, spraying or dipping. When the product is dry - it takes about 8 hours - the preventive treatment is complete.
MR60 (PROTECT) can be used both indoors and outdoors at temperatures above 5°C

- Gloss differences may occur on painted surfaces. Do a small test before use
- MR60 (PROTECT) contains a binder that can form a film after drying on non-absorbent surfaces such as glass, plastic and glazed tiles. We recommend covering non-absorbent surfaces.
