ProtoxHP18 is tested according to the EN 1276 and EN 14476 standards for surface disinfection of bovine coronavirus (BCoV), which is part of the same virus family as MERS-CoV, SARS-CoV-1 and SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). Protox HP18 demonstrates virucidal surface disinfection efficacy against Coronavirus on contact in 5 minutes, i.e. a reduction greater than log 4, which corresponds to inactivation/elimination of virus >99.99%. The tests were performed by Dr. Brill + Partner GMBH Institut für Hygiene und Mikrobiologie in Germany. An official, accredited and independent laboratory.

What is ProtoxHP18?

ProtoxHP18 is a professional product that effectively neutralizes bacteria left behind by rising sewage, inflowing surface water during cloudbursts and other flooding situations.

The product leaves no known allergenic substances on treated surfaces or in the indoor environment.

When the hydrogen peroxide in ProtoxHP18 comes into contact with living organisms such as bacteria, the product will foam up because it decomposes into oxygen and water. This foaming will kill all disease-causing organisms. After 60 minutes of action, the solution can be carried out and the cleanup can begin.

Preparation

ProtoxHP18 is ready to use and must not be diluted further.

Consumption is approximately 0.5 liters per m².

The product should not be stirred before use.

Safety and security

Any contact with material and chattels that have been in contact with sewage, surface water and floodwater carries the risk of contact with dangerous bacteria. Therefore, it is important to protect yourself with gloves and protective clothing regardless of the level of contact.

ProtoxSkybrud does not require labeling, but we recommend that you wear gloves and goggles when using ProtoxSkybrud and that you avoid getting the product on your skin.

Application

ProtoxHP18 can be applied with a garden sprayer or similar low pressure sprayer.

The product will foam up when it comes into contact with bacteria and other living organisms. The reaction time lasts approximately 60 minutes. The area is then disinfected and ready for cleanup.

After treatment

Rinse tools and utensils with water after use.

ProtoxSkybrud should be stored in original packaging and is frost-resistant.

The product has a shelf life of up to 1 year from the date of production in unopened packaging.

Empty packaging can be thrown out with the household waste. Leftovers are delivered to the municipal waste collection.
