Valuable documentation
As a key part of our action plan, we have developed an LCA database with life cycle assessments of each product's impact on climate, the environment (including biodiversity) and human health.
Among other things, we can use the database to identify where we can reduce CO2-emissions in the supply chain, optimising our products without negatively impacting biodiversity and human health.
A Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) database is a great benefit to Protox customers in the construction industry because it provides transparency and valuable documentation of the environmental impact of our products.

Here are the key benefits:
1. Documentation - an important resource for you
An LCA database provides detailed information about the environmental impact of Protox products - from raw material extraction to disposal. This documentation is an important resource in your efforts to map your own impacts on climate, biodiversity and people.
2. Strengthen your position in tenders and projects
With access to documentation from an LCA database, you can prove that the materials and solutions you choose contribute to a lower carbon footprint. This strengthens your position in tenders, where more sustainable solutions are often a crucial parameter.
3. Better decision making
Protox shares knowledge and data to support our customers' goals and contribute to better decision-making.

- Implementation of packaging made from recycled materials. We will increase the share of recycling so that at least 20 % of all packaging will be made from recycled materials by 2026.
- Phasing out 20 litre cans. This will reduce the packaging weight per litre by 30 %.
- Launch of Protox Insect Concentrate as an alternative to Protox Insect ready-to-use. This will reduce packaging consumption by at least 80%.
